Our Accommodation Options

Please take a look through our various accommodation options. Once you know which option suits you best, go to our bookings page and enter your dates into the booking engine at the top of the page to check availability and to make a reservation.

Things to note:

1.Room prices: Please note, our booking engine quotes in USD but we use the fixed GHS rates as seen below:

2. Children: Children are very welcome at Meet Me There. To help ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the whole family, we have put together some Family Guidelines, which we kindly ask you to read through on our booking page before making your reservation. These guidelines provide helpful information about staying with children and our accommodation arrangements.

• Children under 5: Welcome to share your bed at no additional charge. If an extra bed is required this would incur a charge of GHS 350 per night.

• Children aged 5–12: An additional GHS 350 per night in the same room.

• Maximum occupancy: Rooms accommodate a maximum of 3 people (2 adults + 1 child). Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with an infant or have specific sleeping requirements.

• Children over 12: We ask that they have their own room. Two children are welcome to share a room together.

Sunrise/ Sunset Suites

Room Description:

Our Sunrise and Sunset Suites are identical. They both boast stunning views of the sea, private deckings which enter our salt-water lagoon and gorgeous open-air showers and en suite compost toilets.

Honeymoon Suite/ Chief Suite

This cute and cozy Queen en suite is perfect for couples who would like a little more privacy and 1 of only 3 rooms with a flushing toilet.

This room can be a little noisy due to a road running behind it. If you would like something quieter then please book the 'Suites'.

EARTH SUITE

Built using the traditional and highly sustainable rammed earth building technique, the Earth Suite stays beautifully cool naturally thanks to its thick earth walls and reduced use of cement.

The suite enjoys stunning views across our gardens, the saltwater lagoon, and the beach beyond. It has been thoughtfully designed to capture both the cooling sea breeze and the surrounding scenery, while the thick rammed earth walls provide excellent sound insulation from the road beyond.

The Earth Suite features a spacious en suite bathroom with a compost toilet and a beautiful shower finished in locally sourced slate stone. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a space that feels calm, restful, and deeply connected to nature, combining sustainable design with comfort and craftsmanship.

WAVE SUITE

KINGFISHERS'S SUITE (COMING SOON)

We can’t wait to unveil our new Kingfisher's Suite. Built using the traditional and highly sustainable rammed earth building technique, the Suite is designed to stay beautifully cool naturally, thanks to its thick organic walls and reduced use of cement.

The Kingfishers's Suite will enjoy stunning views across our garden, the saltwater lagoon, and the beach, thoughtfully designed to capture both the sea breeze and the scenery at the same time. The thick rammed earth walls also provide excellent sound insulation from the nearby road, which has become a little busier over the years.

The Suite will feature its own en suite bathroom with compost toilets and a beautiful shower finished in locally sourced slate stone. The entire space has been carefully created to help you feel calm, rested, and connected to nature.

We can’t wait for you to experience it. We hope to welcome our first guests in August 2026.
